By augmenting a team with additional operators with repeated success, we help companies become an improved version. Where full-time roles aren’t needed, we identify contractors and service providers that help companies accelerate quickly and unlock value.
While we have not always the highest bidder for a company, we have successfully completed many acquisitions or investments based upon our flexibility in structuring transactions in a manner that creates aligned incentives, greater rewards for the seller, and highly effective partnerships. As a result, we are able to unlock considerable roll-forward value for an owner, providing far greater aggregate proceeds as a result.
