Brad Couch is an Associate at Venture First where he has worked with clients across many different industries including ed-tech, health tech, digital therapeutics, waste management, automotive trade, bourbon/whiskey, ag marketing, and manufacturing. Brad is also an active member of the buy-side private equity team, evaluating new investment opportunities and conducting due diligence throughout the deal process. During his time at Venture First, Brad has been an active part of three acquisitions closed by Venture First totaling over $50M in enterprise value. Brad has also been active in supporting these investments post-close, assisting with strategic guidance, financial model development, and KPI tracking. Before his time at Venture First, Brad worked at Patoka Capital as a Private Equity Senior Accountant in New Albany, Indiana for nearly 3 years. Brad graduated with a B.S.B.A in Accounting from the University of Louisville in 2018.
