Evan Friedman is an Associate at Venture First. Prior to joining VF, Evan founded Precision Advisory, a consulting practice dedicated to helping healthcare providers navigate financial planning and strategic decision-making in an increasingly complex market. Through Precision Advisory, he became a leading voice on healthcare finance, speaking at conferences across the country to deliver expert analysis on the financial implications on regulation changes and advising clinic operators on how to best position their practices amid a rapidly shifting policy landscape. Before launching his consultancy, Evan built a diverse financial foundation spanning multiple industries. He led financial strategy at Fluent Inc., worked in FP&A at NBCUniversal, and provided anti-money laundering consulting services to national banking institutions at Crowe LLP. Evan graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a double major in Economics and Finance. Evan’s breadth of experience, spanning healthcare, financial services, media, and technology, gives him a rare ability to quickly understand the unique challenges facing companies across industries and deliver the sharp, tailored financial insight that Venture First clients expect.
