Leah Lakarosky

Vice President, CFO Services

Leah Lakarosky is a Vice President at Venture First acting as CFO for several of the firm’s services clients while providing support to the Private Equity and Credit strategies. Leah has over 15 years of experience across the financial services sector including financial consulting, valuation advisory, investment banking, capital markets, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, Leah served as Chief Global Mergers & Acquisitions Officer for Qualfon, a middle market BPO services company, leading all aspects of the strategic M&A strategy from sourcing through integration. Prior to Qualfon Leah spent 6 years in New York with the Restructuring & Special Situations Group at PJT Partners (NYSE:PJT). During her time at PJT, Leah advised companies, creditors, sponsors, and other stakeholders through new capital raises, refinancings, liability management, debt and equity exchanges, acquisitions and divestitures, and comprehensive in-and out-of-court restructurings. Leah graduated with High Honors with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society and ACG Cincinnati.
